Philip Rismondo Chase comes to SNVC with more than 23 years of financial expertise to include banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions across the private and public sectors. During the first 14 years of his career, he applied his expertise to the international business community, working transactions that enabled firms to structure agreements across international boundaries and create corporate loan portfolios.
This extensive liaison and negotiation expertise helped him co-found a new company, CCI Incorporated, in 1992. As the Chief Financial Officer, he helped grow the company to a successful $17 million business in ten years providing engineering and technical services to the public sector. His effective management of the financial resources and contract administration led to the successful sale of CCI to Stanley Associates. For the last four years, Mr. Chase has not only ensured the successful transition of CCI into the Stanley organizations, but has also led its Corporate Operations for a $280 million annual revenue firm.
Mr. Chase continues to lead through his strategic planning, experience with syndication and awareness of international customs and requirements as an independent consultant. In 2006, he founded Synergis LLC, which is an emerging business management advisory services firm headquartered in Alexandria , VA. Its focus is to assist small companies, typically between $1 million - $15 million in annual revenues, who want to improve internal performance, define and meet future expectations, and develop a roadmap to get to the next level.
Additionally, Mr. Chase is a member of the founding partners behind the newly formed Security One Bank, operating as a full-service community bank, serving all small businesses and consumers with a special focus on the underserved Hispanic market . This is a perfect fit for Mr. Chase's corporate abilities and national heritage as he is a native of Chile , having become a United States citizen in 1983.
After graduating from Pennsylvania State University , he continued his academic career at the George Washington University School of Government and Business Administration, where he was awarded his MBA in International Business. He and his family reside in Alexandria , Virginia.
