Tom DeWitt

Mr. DeWitt has over 23 years of leadership and management experience in the armed forces and industry. Mr. DeWitt began his professional career in the United States Army, and served as an Infantry officer and a member of the Army Acquisition Corps. Throughout his Army career, Mr. DeWitt commanded several organizations in the United States and Europe , and retired as the Project Manager Combat Service Support Automated Information System Interface (PM CAISI). As PM CAISI, Mr. DeWitt was responsible for the full lifecycle management of his project. Under his direction, the CAISI device was redesigned and received its Army wide fielding decision 12 months ahead of schedule with an estimated cost avoidance of $35 Million. Upon retirement, Mr. DeWitt began his service in industry as the Project Manager responsible for automation support for the Headquarters, Army Materiel Command and also served as a Senior Systems Analyst supporting the command's Chief Information Officer. After co-founding SNVC, Mr. DeWitt provided senior level consulting services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, (OSD C4I) Year 2000 Office, the Internal Revenue's Century Date Change Office, and the Army Materiel Command's Year 2000 program office.

Mr. DeWitt holds a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelors of Science from Longwood University, is a graduate of the Army Computer Science School and retired with a Project Management Level III certification in the Army Acquisition Corps.
