Mr. Lytle has over 17 years experience in the network design and engineering field, with 9 years experience in managing complex programs. During Mr. Lytle's 12+ year career in the federal government, he has worked communication programs for the Army's Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM), supported network engineering efforts at Ft. Belvoir, Ft. Hood, Ft. Bragg, Ft. Stewart, Ft. Drum, Ft. Lewis, and installations in Korea. Additionally, he has served as the engineering lead for network implementation and redesign efforts in Korea, Germany, Bosnia and Haiti. Mr. Lytle has assisted in the network design associated with the National Guard Bureau's, “GuardNet” and various Army efforts in the Military District of Washington, to include upgrades from copper to fiber and the standardization of network infrastructures.
Mr. Lytle has worked prototype testing associated with the implementation of Windows 2000 and Active Directory, within the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Army Materiel Command (AMC) and Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC). During Mr. Lytle's government career, he has supported network operations and troubleshooting for Army efforts associated with world wide deployment of US forces, including that of tactical networks and associated network encryption devices. As the Chief Information Officer, Mr. Lytle is involved with all technical aspects associated with the companies classified and non-classified projects, and provides technical support to various programs.
Mr. Lytle is a member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and sits on the AFCEA International Technology Committee and is also a member of the Project Management Institute.
