Board of Directors Decision
on Corporate Quality Certification
October 25, 2004 - During SNVC's annual Fall Business
Conference, held this year on 23 and 24 October, the
Board of Directors made a number of key decisions to
better demonstrate SNVC's commitment to its employees
and customers. Of those decisions, one of the most important
was the commitment to implement a formal corporate quality
program. Over the next 6 months, SNVC will assess ISO,
CMMI and SixSigma requirements and evaluate market conditions.
Based on the findings, SNVC, in keeping with the Board
of Directors decision, will begin the implementation
associated with industry standards for overall quality
service controls.
