U.S. Army Awards Total Engineering and Integration Services II (TEIS II) contract

The U.S. Army has awarded Signal Solutions, Inc., A General Dynamics Company, the Total Engineering and Integration Services II (TEIS II) contract. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award contract has a performance period of one base year and four option years and a ceiling value of $804M.

The TEIS contract enables the U.S. Army to continue to transform to a network-centric knowledge based force. The U.S. Army has chosen Signal Solutions, Inc. a longtime industry partner and stakeholder to continue this critical effort and provide Information Technology (IT) support services to the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (USACE-LCMC) and Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) as well as other Federal Agencies. Work iwll be performed in Fort Huachuca, AZ, National Capital Region and at USAISEC customer sites worldwide.

USAISEC's primary mission is system engineering and integration of information systems for the U.S. Army. Their mission includes the design, engineering, integration, development, sustainment, installation, testing, and acceptance of information systems. USAISEC provides matrix support to the Program Executive Officer and Program Manager structure for systems engineering and integration of assigned information systems.

Scope of Contract

This contract provides for Information Technology (IT) support services to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (USACECOM), the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), the U.S. Army Signal Command (USASC), and other Federal Agencies, worldwide. The contracted support services are in the areas of:

. information systems engineering
. information systems integration
. systems analysis, engineering surveys
. detailed engineering
. installation support
. installation materials
. transitional operations and maintenance (O&M) support
. information technology technical support
. technical documentation review
. engineering publications and documentation
. test and evaluation
. technical instruction

. technology demonstration capability and rapid prototype capability

. administrative services
. project management services
