July 23, 2007 – SNVC is pleased to announce a commitment to create new jobs to the National Capital Region. Working with the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, SNVC is poised to add new professional services and information technology positions to its existing workforce.
Since its inception in 1998, SNVC has been headquartered in Fairfax County , and over the past nine years, it has grown to include the 60 people that comprise the company today. As Tom DeWitt, SNVC's President and CEO, stated, “We chose Fairfax County so that we could be close to our federal customers. But, the availability of top talent was also a key influencer. With the support of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, SNVC is looking forward to expanding its position as a leader in the community. “Our relationships with both our state, local, and national level government representatives become increasingly more important to us as we grow,” said Beth Miller-Herholtz, Vice-President of Corporate Development. “ We want to be sure that part of SNVC's legacy includes being a strong corporate citizen.”
