SNVC Recognized by March of Dimes
July 30, 2007 – It was an evening of celebration as the March of Dimes looked back on the results from the 2007 WalkAmerica fundraising event. And, it was especially memorable for Team SNVC Success as we were recognized so generously by the Prince William County WalkAmerica event leaders. Our collective fundraising efforts contributed more than $6,130 toward the March of Dimes' record breaking total of over $154,000! Recognition spanned several areas, including: Best New Team / Top Online Fundraiser and Best Team T-Shirt. Accepting on SNVC's behalf were: Tom DeWitt , President/CEO; Beth Miller-Herholtz , VP, Corporate Development; and the families of Gina and Marlon Santos and David and Christina Lloyd.

During the evening, we reflected back on how inspiration serves as a powerful motivator to get involved. For a small business of 60 people, we experienced the very meaningful results that stem from people joining together behind a single purpose. “Our thanks go out to everyone who walked in memory of Bianca Santos, and especially to everyone who sponsored our team. We are pleased to support such a wonderful organization like the March of Dimes, which has been a great resource for our employees,” stated Mr. DeWitt.
