Position Title: Program Manager/Senior Program Manager (Ft. Belvoir, VA)

Duties/Experience: Manages multiple projects and various locations. Leads a medium to large team performing IV&V services encompassing SAP in an enterprise architecture, and functional and technical assessments. Independently reviews program artifacts. Works closely with department level executives and stakeholders from various groups within a large government agency to aid in the transformation of the business environment. Assists with managing multiple implementation activities for meeting the program milestones, timeliness, and resource requirements. Proactively identifies issues, seek out and mitigate risks, and evaluate artifacts through the lifecycle. Evaluates and provides input into the clients approach for implementing department wide enterprise architecture . Communicate and maintain relationships with stakeholders as required.

Must have minimum of 10 years of applicable experience across the lifecycle of complex system development. Expertise overseeing projects involving Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Performance of Functional and Technical Assessments. Experience with ERP, Service Orientated Architecture (SOA), SAP or DoD or Army Financials is a must. Experience leading a program at the PMO level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Direct experience performing independent verification and validation services.

Education: Bachelors Degree is required and 10 years of increasing responsibility and experience with the areas outlined.

Special Requirements: Applicant should currently posses a DoD Secret Clearance at a minimum, however, DoD Top Secret is preferred.
