SNVC’s SharePoint subsidiary company, Advanced Data, has continued to grow rapidly since joining the SNVC team. The Advanced Data team is building out the intranet portal using SharePoint 2010 for the Humane Society (HSUS); this work will replace their current intranet. SRA is relying on Advanced Data as the tech leads for their Internal Portal Migration from SPS2007 to SPS2010. When Nancy Grace donated her Dancing with the Stars proceeds to them, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) made national headlines. They recently hired the team to build their SharePoint 2010 portal environment, and will be migrating content from their existing portal.
The Advanced Data commercial client base is well poised for continued growth in 2012. Along with growing business comes the task of hiring the best for these jobs. The team, which was comprised of just four Microsoft SharePoint subject matter experts, is now at 19. Recently joining the SNVC subsidiary are Patricia Almas, Kathyrn Bland, James Hunter, Nathan DeWitt, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Timothy Stockton. Almas, who co-authored the 2010 edition of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Analytics and Data Visualization, brings more than 25 years of experience with her. She will lead the Business Intelligence practice for Advanced Data. Stockton will lead the Consulting Services area. Bland, Hunter, DeWitt and Fitzpatrick are Senior SharePoint Developers.
