SNVC announced today that, in an effort to expand its core capabilities and enhance service to its customers, the company has integrated the personnel and assets of Virginia Beach-based SharePoint company, Advanced Data. The combined strengths of each entity will enable an expansion of cloud computing technologies available to SNVC’s current clients while expanding Advanced Data’s offerings into the defense industry.
Plans were finalized to merge the two companies on 1 April 2011, making Advanced Data a wholly-owned subsidiary of SNVC. Justin Haffey, Advanced Data’s CEO and now VP/General Manager of SNVC’s subsidiary, stated, “Joining SNVC opened the door to exciting new opportunities in the public sector. With the supporting infrastructure of our new parent company, we can focus our energy on penetrating new vertical markets while continuing to provide the high quality of service our customers deserve.
