Applying his expertise in these areas, he has been instrumental in the growth of companies like FC Business Systems and Premier Technology Group (PTG). FC Business Systems was recently acquired by General Dynamics. In the five years he was with PTG, he helped it grow from three employees and revenues of $425,000 to a company of 482 employees and more than $45.0 million in revenues and more than $65 million in backlog. In 2000, PTG was named Second Fastest Growing Firm in Washington , DC . In 2001, it was named Ninth Fastest Growing Firm in Washington , DC . After graduating from Pennsylvania State University , he continued his academic career at the George Washington University School of Government and Business Administration, where he was awarded his MBA in International Business. During the first 14 years of his career, he applied his expertise to the international business community, working transactions that enabled firms to structure agreements across international boundaries and create corporate loan portfolios.
This extensive liaison and negotiation expertise helped him co-found a new company, CCI Incorporated, in 1992. As the Chief Financial Officer, he helped grow the company to a successful $17 million business in ten years providing engineering and technical services to the public sector. His effective management of the financial resources and contract administration led to the successful sale of CCI to Stanley Associates. For the last four years, Mr. Chase has not only ensured the successful transition of CCI into the Stanley organizations, but has also led its Corporate Operations for a $280 million annual revenue firm. Mr. Chase continues to lead through his strategic planning, experience with syndication and awareness of international customs and requirements as an independent consultant. He is a member of the founding partners behind the newly formed Security One Bank, o perating as a full-service community bank, serving all small businesses and consumers with a special focus on the underserved Hispanic market . This is a perfect fit for Mr. Chase's corporate abilities and national heritage as he is a native of Chile , having become a United States citizen in 1983.

SNVC Adds NetSwith iGate Instant Private Web Appliance to its GSA Schedule Contract
Award-Winning Product Extends "Security In Depth" Concept for Government Users
TORRANCE and IRVINE, Calif., May 13, 2003 - Rainbow Mykotronx, Inc., a division of Rainbow Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNBO) that markets advanced cryptography products to the federal government, today announced that the NetSwift iGate Instant Private Web (IPW) security appliance has been added to the reseller agreement instituted in 2002 with SNVC Information Technology Consulting Services, L.C., Burke, Va. SNVC has received approval from GSA (General Services Administration) to add NetSwift iGate to its GSA schedule contract: GS-35F-0465K.
Rainbow's award-winning NetSwift iGate acceleration and security appliance provides secure access to core Web-enabled applications and complete encryption of all network traffic between itself and the browser using industry-standard SSL security built into the Web browser. The NetSwift iGate IPW solution effectively eliminates the inherent weakness in user-name/password security that typically takes up the majority of any organization's help desk services.
SNVC is currently implementing security architectures in DoD locations worldwide, Web-enabling applications for U.S. Department of Defense agencies, providing on-site training to DoD security authorities, and assisting in establishing the policies and procedures for issuing DoD PKI certificates to authorized personnel. By adding the NetSwift iGate to these security architectures, DoD security authorities can easily control access to Web-based applications used by government personnel.
With the NetSwift iGate 2.2, end users can be up and running in seconds using Rainbow's USB authentication iKeys by simply inserting the key and installing a fast-loading plug-in. As many as 1,000 users can be configured and operational in a single day. Using the built in MasterKey feature, NetSwift iGate 2.2 USB keys replace passwords for access to core business applications by removing the need to log on to the application itself. In this way Rainbow is positioned to offer not only a secure alternative to passwords, but a secure and easier-to-use alternative to traditional VPNs.
SNVC began the deployment of PKI within the agencies more than two years ago, starting with Rainbow iKey to secure email for the senior leadership for general officers and senior civilians for executive service. "The government PM is a firm believer in the Rainbow Technologies iKey as an easy-to-use enhancer of the DoD's 'security in depth' concept," said Bill Crowe, SNVC chief operations officer. "The NetSwift iGate extends this security to remote users who are accessing essential work tools securely through the World Wide Web."
"Adding NetSwift iGate to SNVC's product offering is the next step in our efforts to bring Rainbow Technologies' products into federal government PKI environments and positions SNVC to provide total PKI solutions to its DoD clients," said David J. Garvis, director of sales, Rainbow Mykotronx.
